1. Service Description

OneByOne is a digital queue management tool for clinics, priced at ₹699/month per clinic, billed monthly.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter (clinic details, patient entries).
• You must not misuse the service (spam, fraudulent entries, abusive behavior toward patients/staff via the platform).

3. Payments & Subscription

• Subscription is billed monthly via Razorpay.
• First month is offered free as a trial; billing begins from month 2 unless cancelled before then.
• Non-payment may result in suspension of your account/queue access.

4. Our Liability

We provide the Service "as is." We are not liable for:

• Missed appointments or queue mismanagement caused by clinic staff error.
• Service interruptions due to internet outages or third-party hosting issues.
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time (see Refund Policy).

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
