- From clinic owners (admins): name, clinic name, phone number, email, city, payment details (processed securely via Razorpay — we do not store card details ourselves).
- From patients joining a queue: name and phone number, used only to manage their position in the queue.
- From demo/lead form: name, clinic name, phone, city.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the queue management service.
- To contact you regarding your account, support, or demo requests.
- To process payments through Razorpay.
- To improve our service using basic, anonymous usage analytics.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Razorpay, for payment processing.
- Our hosting/database provider, to store your data securely.
We do not share your data with any other third party for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on our cloud database. We take reasonable technical measures to protect it from unauthorized access.
